Radio Talent Institute returns to Grady College

Grady College and the Georgia Association of Broadcasters is hosting a National Radio Talent Institute May 16-25, 2016.

Open to all current undergraduate and graduate students as well as recent graduates, the 10-day institute will give participants an inside look at the radio industry, from on-air talent to marketing and sales. Session presenters will include industry professionals from Atlanta and throughout the Southeast.

The 2015 institute included nearly 35 training sessions with guest speakers, as well as a live, on-site radio broadcast by an Atlanta radio station and a trip into Atlanta to learn about sports broadcasting.

No prior radio broadcasting experience is necessary to attend. The cost of the camp is $375 and includes tuition and meals. Housing at the Holiday Inn Express will be available for an additional fee.

Applications are due no later than February 19, 2016. To apply or for more details, visit gab.nationalradiotalentsystem.com/.
