SLAM offers NMI Capstone students a chance to show off all their hard work as well as their new media skills and expertise. Completing Capstone is the crowning achievement of the New Media Certificate, and these projects show how knowledgeable our students have become during their New Media Certificate journey.
Voices from the Vanguard, a series featuring professionals addressing global disease issues, starts its 12th season with a talk by Rob Stein, NPR health correspondent and senior editor. The series is presented by the Grady College Health and Medical Journalism program and the Center for Tropical and Emerging Global Diseases.
