Abstract: This study aims to develop a measurement scale for organization-issue dynamics (OID) to help public relations practitioners evaluate how effectively their organizations engage with complex sociopolitical issues. This study addresses a critical gap in practice by providing a new issue management model and developing a strategic tool for optimal strategic positioning. The goal is to empower practitioners with insights for more informed decision-making and stance articulation in corporate engagement with and management of complex issues, ultimately enhancing organizational strategy in sociopolitical domains.
