AdPR Week 2025 is ready for innovation, experience and impact

September 29, 2025

Grady College’s Department of Advertising and Public Relations is excited to celebrate its annual AdPR Week Oct. 6-10, 2025. This year’s AdPR Week will feature AdPR alumni’s accomplishments, keynote presentations, and networking and professional learning opportunities, as well as a week-long giving campaign designed to inspire and equip the next generation of communicators.

One of the major highlights of this year’s AdPR Week is the AdPR Giving Week campaign, which focuses on raising $7,500 to support students participating in the PRWeek Outstanding Student of the Year Award Competition. Selected AdPR students will represent UGA to compete in this prestigious national award, recognized as one of the highest honors in the industry.

“Our students’ amazing potential is celebrated during AdPR Week, and it is a testament to the faithful support we receive from all of our alumni and friends,” said  Dr. Juan Meng, department head and UGA Athletic Association Endowed Professor. “Their generosity significantly impacts how our field develops in the future. Contributing to the AdPR Giving Campaign allows AdPR alumni and friends to invest in our students and be a part of the efforts in preparing the next generation of communication leaders.”
