Abstract: Despite the ongoing DEI movement in the U.S., racial discrimination against Asian Americans still remains a disheartening issue affecting the well-being of this minority group. This study examined what motivated Asian Americans to engage in communal coping with anti-Asian racism and how such communal coping improved their mental well-being.
