Abstract: This study examines the mediating role of employees’ communal relationships with their organization in the relationship between green transformational leadership (GTL) and employees’ green behaviors. By investigating the GTL-employee green behaviors linkage through the lens of organization-employee relationships, this study provides important theoretical and practical implications.
