Abstract: The proposed project hosts a conference that explores social interactions in mediated environments including scholarship on virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), extended reality (XR), and mixed realities (MR).The conference will bring together leading VR scholars and industry professionals from a range of backgrounds and career levels to set a social interaction-informed agenda for the next research cycle on VR.
