Missy Hill
Missy Hill has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising and corporate communications. She has worked at Grady College since 2015. Prior to working at the University of Georgia, Missy spent over a decade in the financial services sector with companies such as Hanover Insurance, Kemper Insurance, American International Group (AIG) and The Home Depot. In those capacities she held various positions in marketing, sales, product management, research, corporate training and account management for the East region of the U.S.
Missy has an undergraduate degree in marketing from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, an MBA in information technology from Georgia State University, and a M.Ed. in Educational Theory and Practice from the University of Georgia. Missy is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in Higher Education Leadership from the University of North Georgia
In her role as director of corporate engagement, Missy is responsible for the engagement and management of corporate partnerships, fostering robust partnerships with industry partners focused on research and project-based partnerships and soliciting philanthropic support supporting Grady College’s mission. In her role as associate director for the Crisis Communication Think Tank, Missy is responsible for operational and programming support of the Think Tank collaborating with international scholars, practitioners and corporate partners. Missy also manages Think Tank’s international programming and expansion initiatives, and leads Grady College’s executive education program in partnership with Terry College of Business.
Missy is married to Jeff and has two sons, Alex and Andrew.
