The T. Howard Foundation (THF) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote diversity in media and entertainment by increasing the number of diverse and underrepresented groups and underserved communities within the industry. This is accomplished via comprehensive programs for diverse, underrepresented, and underserved college students.

The T. Howard Foundation provides PAID, full-time summer internships for diverse college students from all academic majors at high profile media companies across the United States.
