Whether you realize it or not, you already have a personal brand with friends, with family, in your community, and in business. Perhaps even more important, as you enter the workforce, is your brand in business. An established personal brand, that is evident in your very first interview, will set you apart from the rest. This discussion is about proactively creating or re-inventing your brand, molding it as you go through life, understanding how it is received in the world and by whom, plus making sure that it serves you while you are aware ….AND while you are sleeping.
