Ja Kyung Seo (Ph.D. student), received the Doctoral Dissertation Award ($2,000) for her proposal, “Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbots for online conversational advertising: The effects of shared identity and emotional expression levels” at the 2025 American Academy of Advertising (AAA) annual conference in March in Pittsburgh. Hye Jin Yoon is her dissertation advisor.
