Requirements of Use:
Reservations should only be made by Grady College employees* (faculty, staff and graduate students). Student group advisors must make reservation requests for their groups and must be present during all events. Whoever makes the reservation is held responsible for the room (please see “Conditions of Use” below). Reservations will be made on a first come-first served basis, but events may need to be rescheduled if circumstances demand it. If there are conflicting events for any of these spaces, the decision will be made in the Dean’s Office.
*Select requests to use Grady College facilities, including the Schnitzer Family Media Lawn, by organizations outside the College may be considered on special occasion. These requests require approval by the Director of Special Events in consultation with College leadership. To give priority to Grady College programs, space can only be approved 90 days prior to the requested date. Use will not be permitted on Saturdays or Sundays or during the final exam period.
Food
If there will be any food at the event you must contact Keith Adams (keithdad@uga.edu) 2 weeks prior to the event.
Attendees
If there will be more than 25 guests you must contact Keith Adams (keithdad@uga.edu) 2 weeks prior to the event to arrange for trash and cleaning services.
Audio Visual
You must make arrangements for your audio visual needs by contacting the Grady IT Department at gradyit@uga.edu.
Note: Your booking will not be confirmed until you have completed and submitted this form and received an email confirmation from the room reservation manager.
