Nate Kohn was a producer on a feature-length film, “Nobody wants to be here, Nobody wants to leave,” screened December 10 at the Bahamas International Film Festival in Nassau. The film won the Grand Jury prize at the festival. Other producers were Cash Robinson, Caleb Samples, and Feike Santbergen. Director: Cash Robinson. Screenwriter: Caleb Samples. Both Cash and Caleb are Grady MFA screenwriting graduates. Synopsis: At a rundown roadside lodge, a cynical caretaker and a desperate stripper collide with the wreckage of their pasts, discovering in each other the possibility of truth, mercy, and a fleeting sense of home.
