Matthew Evans received the “Best of Competition” award in the Scriptwriting category at the 2026 Broadcast Education Association Festival of Media Arts
Matthew Evans received the “Best of Competition” award in the Scriptwriting category at the 2026 Broadcast Education Association Festival of Media Arts for his original feature screenplay HOLE-IN-THE-WALL. The award was selected from more than 2,250 entries representing over 300 colleges and universities. He also received the award for "Best Show Bible" in the BEA Writing Division’s Best Paper and Show Bible competition for his original television series STORYVILLE. Evans will accept these awards and present both projects at the 2026 BEA Convention in Las Vegas this April.
