Glen Nowak was an invited panelist for a University Research Magazine Association (URMA) online “URMA Live” webinar on “Garnering trust on tough topics” on February 18. He was one of three communication experts invited to share their insights, research, and time-tested techniques for crafting messages that land with the intended audience. The other panelists were Jennifer Carman, PhD, Director of Survey Strategy at the Yale Program on Climate Change Communication and Nikki McClaran, PhD, an Assistant Professor of Public Relations in the School of Journalism and Communication at the University of Oregon.
