Abstract: As the first empirical exploration of the new Employee Doubt framework, this study conducts in-depth interviews among executives to explore the intricate relationship between C-suite public relations practitioners, internal stakeholders, and the management of high-stakes organizational risks and crises, delving into their professional experiences, motivations, and the dilemmas they face concerning internal stakeholders, specifically evaluating how they assess and navigate the fluctuating levels of confidence and doubt among their employees.
