Moxie and AdPR offer Content Strategy Workshop
Moxie, a digital marketing agency, and the AdPR Department at Grady College have joined together to create a new program called N>GEN. The goal of the program is to offer hands-on programs for AdPR seniors and graduated students interested in expanding their digital knowledge and creativity.
The first workshop through the N>GEN partnership takes place Friday, Sept. 26, from noon until 4:00 p.m. and includes an interactive exercise focusing on content strategy. The workshop will be limited to 24 AdPR students who will be selected based on a short application. The application can be picked up at office 215 in Grady College. The application deadline is Sept. 5.
“We are grateful for Moxie's interest in interacting with our students and providing this unique platform for learning,” commented Tom Reichert, head of the AdPR Department. “Our partnership with Moxie is a win-win for all involved: the students receive hands-on training outside the classroom to make them more digital-ready; Moxie gets to tap into the creativity of today's Millennials and potentially find some new candidates for employment; and the AdPR Department department wins by having strong corporate mentors that expose our students to real-world cases.”
This workshop is supported in part by The Jim Kennedy Symposium and is the first of several workshops planned throughout the academic year.
