Grady College Young Alumni Council to host Sports Media Panel
The Grady College Young Alumni Council will host a star-studded Sports Media Panel on Wednesday, Sept.17 at CSE Atlanta.
The discussion, “The Death of the Scoop: How Twitter Changed the Face of Sports Journalism,” features veteran journalist Tony Barnhart (ABJ '76), Mr. College Football; Jeff Schultz, AJC sports columnist and blogger; Vicki Michaelis, Grady College Carmical Distinguished Professor in Sports Journalism; and Fox Sports studio analyst Coy Wire, a nine-year NFL veteran linebacker and safety.Kim Garner of CSE Atlanta will serve as the moderator.
The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with a networking and social hour, followed by the hour-long program at 7 p.m.
