STATE FUNDING SOURCE
Submit completed UGA Entertainment Form along with ORIGINAL, ITEMIZED receipts to Business Office. Please confirm prior to submission that the state account you wish to charge allows entertainment expense (D, RR, RX accounts generally allow entertainment)
– ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL can be reimbursed from a state account
– TIP cannot exceed 20% of sub-total (be sure to check that gratuity has not been included)
– This is applicable for business meetings only (not fundraising or donor-related entertainment).
