Carla Sacks (ABJ ’88) is the founder of Sacks & Co., a full service public relations company with offices in New York, Nashville and Seattle. With three decades in the music industry, she is sought out to develop, shape, and execute public image strategies for both world-renowned and emerging artists spanning all genres of music— from pop, rock, rap and country to classical and jazz.

Beyond music, her firm’s clients include highly acclaimed filmmakers, film producers, theater companies, art presenters and entrepreneurial business ventures. Subscribing to a work smart and hard philosophy, Sacks remains deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of every Sacks & Co. campaign.

Sacks majored in telecommunications and was involved with WUOG radio and the University Union as a student. She sits on the Grady College Board of Trust and is honored to be selected as a member of the 2017 Grady Fellows class.
